Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: U bezoekt Nederlands meest gewaardeerde wederverkoper van doorverkochte tickets. Prijzen kunnen hoger of lager zijn dan de afgedrukte waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Meer kunnen wij niet doen. Wij hopen dat u ondanks de hogere prijs toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad. Few staff available to ask for information. A female staff member is unkind. But that didn't spoil the fun. The show was fantastic. We had floor maps, unfortunately the chairs were one behind the other, there were tall people in front of my son and you couldn't see much. This is certainly an improvement, especially if you have to pay more for these cards. But the experience itself was really great. Weinig personeel aanwezif voor informatie te vragen. Een vrouwelijke personeelslid onaardig. Maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. De show was fantastisch. We hadden vloer kaarten, helaas stonden de stoelen achter elkaar, voor mijn zoon zaten lange mensen en je kon weinig zien. Dit is zeker een verbeterpunt vooral als je meer voor deze kaarten moet betalen. Maar de ervaring zelf was echt geweldig.
