General terms of delivery TopTicketShop

1.
An order is final after TopTicketShop has confirmed receipt of the order by means of an order confirmation. Payment is made in one of the manner (s) specified by TopTicketShop.

There is a resale. The price used is usually higher than the nominal price on the ticket and includes all costs with the exception of shipping and servicecosts.

TopTicketShop makes every effort to send the tickets no later than seven business days before the start of the event. TopTicketShop is entitled to deliver the tickets until the time of the start of the event. Shipping and delivery are made by registered mail, regular mail or e-mail. Shipping is always at the expense of the buyer. TopTicketShop will inform the buyer in writing about the shipment of the tickets. If the forwarder is unable to deliver the shipment to the buyer in person, the shipment will be sent to the nearest distribution office where the shipment will be kept for a certain period of time. The forwarder leaves written proof of this at the delivery address. If the buyer does not receive, pick up or have a ticket picked up, and the buyer has been informed of the shipment in advance, the failure to attend the event is at the expense and risk of the buyer. If the buyer has not received any tickets one week before the event, the buyer must inform TopTicketShop well in advance (at least 4 business days) so that TopTicketShop can still meet the delivery obligation. The buyer must then send an email to klantenservice@TopTicketshop.nl.

TopTicketShop is not liable for (consequential) damage if the delivery of the tickets fails as a result of entering an incorrect address, incompletely informing the resident of the specified address or if, due to the actions of third parties engaged by TopTicketShop, no delivery is made or is not delivered on time. For such a situation, the tickets are not insured.

If an order is completed, the admission tickets are guaranteed and the agreement is not fulfilled (for example due to the delay or cancellation of an event) or an admission ticket does not provide access to the event through no fault of the buyer, the buyer is entitled to terminate the purchase agreement and can claim a refund of the purchase price paid by him/her including shipping costs. In that case, the buyer can also opt for compensation in the form of an indefinite, transferable voucher with a value of 110% of the purchase price paid by the buyer, which can be used for all events on the Topticketshop website.

The ticket quality categories indicated by TopTicketShop do not have to match the categories used by the event organizer. The buyer of a ticket supplied by TopTicketShop must inform himself of instructions from the organizer of the event as well as any changes related to the event.
7.
TopTicketShop points out that when tickets are sold by the organizer of the event, general terms and conditions of sale may apply, under which the organizer prohibits the reselling of these tickets. As a result, the organizer can cancel tickets and refuse entry to the event. In that case, 100% of the agreed price including shipping costs will be reimbursed. In the event of abuse of this scheme, no money will be returned.

The buyer is not entitled to cancel a final order.
