General Terms and Conditions TopTicketshop

1.
An order is final once TopTicketshop has confirmed the receipt of the order through an order confirmation. Payment is made in one of the ways indicated by TopTicketshop.

There is resale. The price charged is usually higher than the nominal price on the ticket and includes all costs except for shipping and service costs.

TopTicketshop strives to send the tickets no later than seven working days before the event. TopTicketshop is entitled to deliver the tickets until the moment the event starts. Shipment and delivery are done by registered mail, regular mail, or email. Shipping is always at the buyer"s expense. TopTicketshop will inform the buyer in writing about the shipment of the tickets. If the carrier is unable to deliver the shipment to the buyer in person, the shipment will be sent to the nearest distribution office where it will be kept for a certain period. The carrier will leave written proof of this at the delivery address. If the buyer does not receive, collect, or have someone collect the ticket, and the buyer has been informed in advance of the shipment, the non-attendance of the event is at the buyer"s risk and expense. If the buyer has not received tickets a week before the event, the buyer must inform TopTicketshop well in advance (at least 4 working days) so that TopTicketshop can still fulfill the delivery obligation. The buyer must then send an email to customerservice@topticketshop.com.

TopTicketshop is not liable for (consequential) damages if the delivery of the tickets fails due to providing an incorrect address, not fully informing the resident of the given address, or when delivery is not made or not made on time due to the actions of third parties engaged by TopTicketshop. In such a situation, the tickets are not insured.

If an order is completed, the admission tickets are guaranteed, and the agreement is not met (e.g., due to postponement or cancellation of an event) or an admission ticket does not provide access to the event through no fault of the buyer, the buyer is entitled to dissolve the purchase agreement and can demand a refund of the purchase price paid by him/her including shipping costs. In such a case, the buyer may also choose compensation in the form of an indefinitely valid, transferable voucher worth 110% of the purchase price paid by the buyer, which can be used for all events on the TopTicketshop website.

The quality categories for tickets indicated by TopTicketshop do not have to correspond to categories used by the event organizer. The buyer of a ticket supplied by TopTicketshop must inform themselves of instructions from the event organizer as well as changes related to the event.
7.
TopTicketshop points out that the general sales conditions of the event organizer may apply to the sale of tickets, on the basis of which the organizer may prohibit the resale of these tickets. As a result, the organizer can cancel tickets and deny access to the event. In such a case, 100% of the agreed price including shipping costs will be refunded. In case of abuse of this regulation, no money will be refunded.

The buyer is not entitled to cancel a final order.
