Ziggodome should do something different for smokers. They also pay big money. Now long queues and disgruntled people. That discouragement policy is fine, but with those young guys at the door with nothing to say, it doesn't feel safe. The stewards could also be more social. Was kicked off with a finger as a toddler. Totally unnecessary. It's okay that I have to go somewhere else, but keep that finger to yourself for a while. We didn't fight together though. Ziggodome zou wat anders moeten doen voor de rokers. Ook die betalen grof geld. Nu lange rijen en ontevreden mensen. Prima dat ontmoedigsbeleid maar met die jonge gasten bij de deur die niks te vertellen hebben voelt dat niet veilig. Socialer mogen de stewards ook wel zijn. Werd als een kleuter met vingertje weggestuurd. Totaal onnodig. Prima dat ik naar een andere plek moet maar hou dat vingertje even bij jezelf. We hebben niet samen geknikkerd hoor.

Tickets cost more. Kaarten kosten meer.

I think the ticket shop is a bummer. I paid 180 euro for two cards at the time and I see on the card that it itself costs 59 euro each. We won't do that again. De ticketshop vind ik wel een domper. Heb 180 euro betaald voor twee kaarten destijds en dan zie ik op de kaart dat deze zelf 59 euro per stuk kost. Dat doen we niet weer.

We had reached out in advance because my daughter is now wheelchair-bound and the tickets purchased for corona were not suitable. There was no consideration at all. Advice was giving away or trying to sell. When asked if they wanted to take the tickets back, I got the response that I was too late because I had already received the tickets, even though my first contact moment was real before I had the tickets. Wij hadden vooraf contact gezocht omdat mijn dochter inmiddels rolstoel gebonden is en de voor corona gekochte kaartjes niet geschikt waren. Er werd totaal niet meegedacht. Advies was weggeven of proberen te verkopen. Op mijn vraag of ze de kaartjes terug wilden nemen, kreeg ik de reactie dat ik te laat was omdat ik de kaartjes al ontvangen had, terwijl mijn eerste contact moment toch echt was voor ik de tickets had.
