    It was a bit exciting to order the tickets because you buy the tickets but you don't receive them yet. Only a week before the concert, you will receive a notification that the tickets are ready. That does give a bit of an uncertain feeling, but everything turned out well and was well communicated. Het was wat spannend om de kaarten te bestellen want je koopt de kaartjes maar deze ontvang je nog niet. Pas een week voor het concert krijg je een melding dat de kaarten klaar liggen. Dat geeft wel wat een onzeker gevoel, maar alles is goed gekomen en netjes gecommuniceerd.
