Advice was giving away or trying to sell. When asked if they wanted to take the tickets back, I got the response that I was too late because I had already received the tickets, even though my first contact moment was real before I had the tickets. Wij hadden vooraf contact gezocht omdat mijn dochter inmiddels rolstoel gebonden is en de voor corona gekochte kaartjes niet geschikt waren. Er werd totaal niet meegedacht. Advies was weggeven of proberen te verkopen. Op mijn vraag of ze de kaartjes terug wilden nemen, kreeg ik de reactie dat ik te laat was omdat ik de kaartjes al ontvangen had, terwijl mijn eerste contact moment toch echt was voor ik de tickets had.
