Check-in went poorly for Arena seat. We were forwarded to another row and wrong there again. There is no reference to where to go, even inside. Inchecken verliep slecht voor Arena stoel. Wij zijn doorgestuurd naar een andere rij en ook daar weer verkeerd. Ook binnen geen verwijzing waar naar toe.
