Around the beginning of the corona time, I had ordered tickets digitally and paid for them immediately. The show was canceled and after some time I received a message that the performance would not take place until November 2022. In October 2022, I appealed and asked for the tickets already paid. They arrived just in time! Rondom het begin van de corona-tijd had ik digitaal kaarten besteld en direct ook betaald. De voorstelling werd afgeblazen en na enige tijd kreeg ik bericht dat de voorstelling pas in november 2022 zou plaatsvinden. In oktober 2022 heb ik gerappelleerd en om de al betaalde kaartjes gevraagd. Die kwamen dan nog prima op tijd!

The tickets were actually only 27.50 each. Topticketshop sold them for 65 euro each! In the short run, I thought I had 2 for this price... unfortunately, this turned out not to be the case. Smart of them to almost double the price because it makes you think you're buying 2 tickets at this price. I immediately called that I wanted to cancel the sale, of course there was nothing more I could do because it's in the terms and conditions ma'am. Outrageous to ask for so much money!! De tickets waren eigenlijk maar 27,50 per stuk. Topticketshop verkocht ze voor 65 euro per stuk! In de vluchtigheid dacht ik dat ik er voor deze prijs 2 had... helaas bleek dit niet zo te zijn. Slim van ze op de prijs zo goed als te verdubbelen want hierdoor denk je dat je 2 kaartjes koopt voor deze prijs. Gelijk gebeld dat ik de verkoop wilde annuleren, konden uiteraard niks meer doen want het staat in de voorwaarden mevrouw. Schandalig om zoveel geld te vragen!!

Including the following sentence at the top of the page where the customer lands: You are visiting the Netherlands' most valued reseller of resold tickets. Prices may be higher or lower than the printed value. We also mention the original value with our price and also in the shopping cart. So it's not to be missed. Wij communiceren het feit dat wij een wederverkoper zijn erg duidelijk op de website. Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: U bezoekt Nederlands meest gewaardeerde wederverkoper van doorverkochte tickets. Prijzen kunnen hoger of lager zijn dan de afgedrukte waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Meer kunnen wij niet doen. Wij hopen dat u ondanks de hogere prijs toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad.
