    There was some confusion because there was a different name on the ticket. Please provide clear information about this. I did have to email and call to get it clear. Until the end, it was still exciting whether we could go in. I had also printed out the email just to be on the safe side. I found this annoying again because it takes time again and the uncertainty. Er was wat verwarring omdat er een andere naam stond op de ticket. Graag duidelijke informatie geven hierover. Ik moest wel mailen en opbellen om duidelijk te krijgen. Tot het laatst was het toch spannend of we naar binnen konden. Ik had de mail voor de zekerheid ook uitgeprint. Ik vond dit weer vervelend omdat hier weer tijd in gaat zitten en de onzekerheid.
