Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: De prijzen van wederverkooptickets kunnen hoger zijn dan de nominale waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Bought a ticket for my father, life-threatening illness. So want to sell tickets. They appear to be twice as expensive as at the theater, so not possible by other means. Called twice. Just send an e-mail, done 3 times and still no response. Kaartje voor mijn vader gekocht , levensbedreigend ziek. Dus kaartjes willen verkopen. Blijken ze 2x zo duur te zijn dan bij de schouwburg, dus via andere weg niet mogelijk. 2x gebeld. Stuur maar e-mail, 3x gedaan en nog steeds geen reactie.
