Confusing because of the resale of tickets, you don't know where you stand and where you'll be sitting until the last minute. Not nice! Verwarrend door de doorverkoop van kaarten, je weet tot op het laatste moment niet waar je aan toe bent en waar je komt te zitten. Niet fijn!

First of all, we bought tickets for a different date and theater. These were canceled for no apparent reason (the theater would have been overbooked) and changed to a different date and theater. The cards we received were in a different name and there was a different price. TopTickets' explanation here was that the tickets were purchased in advance. At the theater, we later saw a normal price of 29 euro, while we paid 59 for it. This big difference and the mere conversion of date and theater felt bad. So no more Top Tickets for us. Allereerst hadden we tickets gekocht voor een andere datum en theater. Deze werden zonder duidelijke reden (het theater zou overboekt zijn) geannuleerd en omgezet naar een andere datum en theater. De kaarten die we ontvingen stonden op een andere naam en er stond een andere prijs. De uitleg van TopTickets hierbij was dat de kaarten in de voorverkoop waren gekocht. Bij het theater zagen we later een normale prijs van 29 euro, terwijl wij er 59 voor betaald hebben. Dit grote verschil en het zomaar omzetten van datum en theater voelde naar. Voor ons nooit meer Toptickets dus.
