Wij hebben de categorie geleverd die u besteld heeft. Mocht het een mindere plaats zijn in deze categorie dan komt dit doordat de betere plaatsen in deze categorie al verkocht waren aan de klanten voor u. Hier is helaas niks aan te doen. Het klopt dat onze tickets soms duurder zijn dan bij het originele punt. Wij maken gebruik van dynamic pricing op basis van vraag en aanbod zoals ook normaal is in de vliegindustrie. Ook ticketmaster maakt hier gebruik van bij haar platinum tickets. De andere naam die op het ticket staat is te verklaren doordat wij een wederverkoper zijn van doorverkochte tickets. smooth services, good information tip: apparently, after the concert, you could be taken back to Brussels-South station with extra buses? It would be good to inform people about this in advance. We knew that we could do it by bus with the trip to Brussels South - Forest National, but were not aware that additional buses would be brought in after the concert. Vlotte services , goede informatie tip : blijkbaar kon je na het concert met extra bussen teruggebracht worden tot aan het station Brussel -Zuid? Het zou goed zijn om mensen hierrond vooraf te informeren. We wisten wel dat we met de verplaatsing Brussel-Zuid - Vorst Nationaal met de bus konden doen maar waren er niet van op de hoogte dat er na het concert extra bussen zouden worden ingelegd.
