The service feels a little bit outdated as far as the UI is concerned. Viewing the pages from a mobile has a lot to be desired. The email format is confusing and the received emails for the tickets are not so clear with too much text and confusing layout. The tickets themselves feel very outdated and their format is to be printed in paper and not to be used as a card for a mobile wallet or for being viewed in a mobile app. Also the prices were quite overblown!
