Well organized. Goed georganiseerd.
Great in terms of performance but not so good in terms of ticket prices. The tickets were priced at €69.00 each, so that's €217.00 per 3 (which I ordered). I was referred to Top Ticketshop via the musical's site and ordered the tickets there. I paid a total of €309.00. That is quite a difference! I understand that you want to make some money out of it, but I think this difference is really big! I feel somewhat taken by the paw. Qua voorstelling geweldig maar qua de prijzen van de kaarten niet zo best. Op de tickets stond de prijs € 69,00 per stuk dus dat is per 3 (die ik dus had besteld) € 217,00. Ik werd via de site van de musical naar Top Ticketshop verwezen en heb daar de kaarten besteld. Ik heb in totaal € 309,00 betaald. Dat is wel een heel verschil! Ik snap best dat jullie er iets aan willen verdienden maar dit verschil vind ik wel heel erg groot! Ik voel mij enigszins bij de poot genomen.

It is true that our tickets are sometimes more expensive than at the original point. We use dynamic pricing based on supply and demand, as is also normal in the flying industry. Ticketmaster also uses this with its platinum tickets. We communicate the fact that we are a reseller very clearly on the website. Including the following sentence at the top of the page where the customer lands: Resale ticket prices may exceed face value. We also mention the original value with our price and also in the shopping cart. So it's not to be missed. And we also refer to the original point of sale. That's all we can do. We hope that, despite the higher price, you still had a fantastic evening.

Ook ticketmaster maakt hier gebruik van bij haar platinum tickets. Wij communiceren het feit dat wij een wederverkoper zijn erg duidelijk op de website. Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: De prijzen van wederverkooptickets kunnen hoger zijn dan de nominale waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Meer kunnen wij niet doen. Wij hopen dat u ondanks de hogere prijs toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad.

The price was far too high. 71 euro while de la mar was 46 euro. You didn't know this when you ordered the tickets, but TopTickeShop's information was good. Tickets were only received a few weeks in advance while they were ordered months ago. So... hope you actually receive them, but that was true. Prijs was veel te hoog. 71 euro terwijl bij de la mar 46 euro was. Dit wist je niet toen je de kaarten bestelde, de infoverstrekking van TopTickeshop was wel goed. Kaartjes kreeg je pas enkele weken van tevoren terwijl maanden geleden besteld was. Dus .... hopen dat je ze dan ook werkelijk ontvangt, maar dat was zo.
