We had trouble coming in with our tickets, they weren't in our name and we had to show ID. Difficult difficult. In the end, we were allowed to keep walking but behind us were 2 men who really couldn't get through the check (same situation as ours) and should have bought new tickets. Quite stressed, the warnings about this situation were there, but topticketshop had emphatically assured us that we had absolutely no need to worry about it. Well, so... I'll never do it again. We hadden toch problemen met het binnenkomen met onze tickets, deze stonden niet op onze naam en we moesten ID laten zien. Moeilijk moeilijk. Uiteindelijk toch door mogen lopen maar achter ons in de rij stonden 2 mannen die echt niet door de controle heen kwamen( dezelfde situatie als de onze) en nieuwe kaarten hadden moeten kopen. Nogal in de stress, de waarschuwingen voor deze situatie waren er maar topticketshop had ons nadrukkelijk verzekerd dat we ons daar absoluut geen zorgen over hoefden te maken. Wel dus........ Doe ik nooit meer.

My review of your shop is above. The organization of the event was ok. Those tokens for the cups, pffffff. Drinks are expensive but well we know that. The real charm of the concerts as they always were has worn off, but the organization itself can't do anything about that. Mijn beoordeling van jullie shop staat hierboven. De organisatie van het evenement was okey. Die tokens voor de bekers, pffffff. Consumpties duur maar goed dat weten we. De echte charme van de concerten zoals ze altijd waren, is eruit gewoked maar daar kan de organisatie zelf niks aan doen.

Their farewell after the concert is and remains exceptional, especially the way in which the audience is thanked. Enjoyment from start to finish. Great concert again. Band is at 95%; missed a bit of 'Feuer'. Geweldig concert weer. Band zit op 95%; miste een beetje ‘Feuer’.
