I had a lot of fun attending the show:” Our Jordaan” at the Afas theater in Leusden on Saturday 25-01-2025 (2 people). Upon arrival, I contacted a hostess present there because I had a question about the price of my tickets. She referred me to the customer service at the top ticket shop. Ik heb Zaterdag 25-01-2025 (2 personen) met veel plezier de voorstelling: ”Onze Jordaan” in het Afas theater in Leusden bijgewoond. Bij binnenkomst heb ik contact gezocht met een daar aanwezige hostess omdat ik een vraag had over de prijs van mijn tickets. Zij verwees mij door naar de klantenservice van de topticketshop.

Customer service called: “Pascal”'s response was simple but shocking. Klanterservice gebeld: Het antwoord van "Pascal" was simpel maar schokkend.

“I had to pay €54.00, €180.50 for 2 tickets. It seems to me that something went wrong there, 2x 54.00 + 12.50 service costs €120.50. “Pascal”'s answer was simple but shocking: “Topticketshop acts as Reseller and therefore charges a higher amount.” The fact that this amount, excluding service costs, is more than 55% above the regular price is not mentioned when ordering. I think this is outrageous. I will NEVER buy tickets via Topticketshop again and warn all my theater-loving family, friends and acquaintances about these practices. I also hope that renowned theaters in the Netherlands will clamp down on these kinds of practices. Awaiting your response, Marlies Hansen “Ik heb voor 2 tickets à €54,00, €180,50 moeten betalen. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt.
