Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: U bezoekt Nederlands meest gewaardeerde wederverkoper van doorverkochte tickets. Prijzen kunnen hoger of lager zijn dan de afgedrukte waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Meer kunnen wij niet doen. Wij hopen dat u ondanks de hogere prijs toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad. There were only double bookings with me and the wife and you were talked to in the room about that. luckily we came out of this, there were still seats left... only for us this was less pleasant, we did not expect this (double booking of the seats) making video is impossible, at least not with the phone, nothing about sound stays good... Er waren alleen bij mij en de vrouw dubbelle boeking en daar werd je op aan gesproken in de zaal hier zijn we gelukkig uit gekomen er waren nog stoelen blijk baar over... alleen voor ons was dit minder prettig,, dit hadden we niet verwacht dubbelle boeking van de stoelen video maken is niet te doen tenminste niet met de telefoon blijft niets van over geluid wel goed....

The additional costs at TopTicketShop compared to the standard price were very high (almost twice the normal price!!) De meerkosten bij TopTicketshop tov de standaardprijs waren erg hoog (bijna 2x de normale prijs!!)
