I had a choice of 2 seat rates: €89 and €99, - per ticket. I bought the most expensive offer and would receive the best available seats. We sat in the second last row (I don't really think it's a “premium spot”) and got resale tickets that turned out to be €30 per ticket cheaper at the time (x3 is a €90 difference anyway!). Then I feel a bit cheated afterwards! Ik had de keuze uit 2 plaats tarieven: € 89,- en € 99,- per ticket. Ik heb de duurste aanbieding gekocht en zou de best beschikbaar plekken ontvangen. We zaten op de een na laatste rij (is denk ik niet echt een “premium plek”) en heb doorverkoop tickets gekregen die € 30,- per ticket goedkoper bleken te zijn destijds (x3 is toch € 90,- verschil!). Dan voel ik me achteraf toch een beetje belazerd!

And we also refer to the original point of sale. That's all we can do. We hope that, despite the higher price, you still had a fantastic evening. Ook ticketmaster maakt hier gebruik van bij haar platinum tickets. Wij communiceren het feit dat wij een wederverkoper zijn erg duidelijk op de website. Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: U bezoekt Nederlands meest gewaardeerde wederverkoper van doorverkochte tickets. Prijzen kunnen hoger of lager zijn dan de afgedrukte waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Meer kunnen wij niet doen. Wij hopen dat u ondanks de hogere prijs toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad.
