Les Miserables was completely new to me; I couldn't understand much or follow it

I didn't know the story, but I don't know that yet. It was a lot of noise, the players shouted so loud that we couldn't hear it in our seats. Moreover, because of so many artists in that small space, it was messy and not organized and therefore could not make sense of the whole story. Ik kende het verhaal niet, maar dat ken ik nu nog niet. Het was veel herrie, de spelers schreeuwden zo hard dat het bij onze zitplaatsen niet te verstaan was. Bovendien was het door zoveel artiesten in die kleine ruimte rommelig en niet overzichtelijk en kon daardoor aan het hele verhaal geen touw aan vast knopen..
