I didn't know I was buying a resold ticket under a different name. This was not communicated. I have now paid 50% too much without knowing it. This should have been clearly communicated. Ik wist niet dat ik een doorverkocht ticket dat op een andere naam stond kocht. Dit was niet gecommuniceerd. Ik heb nu 50 % teveel betaald zonder dat ik dat wist. Dit had duidelijk gecommuniceerd moeten worden.

Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: U bezoekt Nederlands meest gewaardeerde wederverkoper van doorverkochte tickets. Prijzen kunnen hoger of lager zijn dan de afgedrukte waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Meer kunnen wij niet doen. Wij hopen dat u ondanks de hogere prijs toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad. Ticket shop is clear that it concerns ticket resale. I had not read that properly enough. It became clear to me when I couldn't choose seats myself. Next time, I'll book directly with the theater. Ticket shop is er duidelijk in dat het ticketdoorverkoop betreft. Ik had dat niet voldoende goed gelezen. Het werd mij duidelijk toen ik zelf gern stoelen kon kiezen. Een volgende keer boek ik rechtstreeks bij het theater.

I didn't realize that I was on a resale site, so I paid 60€ more than necessary. Didn't find it clear beforehand that these were re-offered tickets. Was afraid it wasn't good because there was a different name on the cards, despite the attached text Ik had niet door dat ik op een doorverkoopsite zat en heb dus 60€ meer betaald dan nodig was. Vond het niet duidelijk vermeld vooraf dat dit om opnieuw aangeboden kaartjes ging. Was bang dat het niet goed was omdat er een andere naam op de kaartjes stond, ondanks de bijgevoegde tekst

Booked too quickly, always look further. In the end, I paid 100€ too much. 89€ with a topticket (3rd rank best available) while these tickets are offered at Luxor itself for 39€ (best available). For the last time I bought tickets via Topticket. Te snel geboekt, kijk altijd even verder. Uiteindelijk heb ik 100€ teveel betaald. 89€ bij topticket (3e rang best beschikbaar) terwijl deze kaarten bij Luxor zelf voor 39€ (bestbeschikbaar) aangeboden worden. Voor mij laatste keer dat ik kaarten via Topticket hebt gekocht.
