There were a lot of free seats but I paid 66.50 eur instead of 32 eur via the website. I don't think that's normal... Er waren veel vrije plaatsen maar ik heb 66,50 eur betaald aan plaats van 32 eur via het website. Dat vind ik niet normaal…

Wij maken gebruik van dynamic pricing op basis van vraag en aanbod zoals ook normaal is in de vliegindustrie. Ook ticketmaster maakt hier gebruik van bij haar platinum tickets. Wij communiceren het feit dat wij een wederverkoper zijn erg duidelijk op de website. Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: De prijzen van wederverkooptickets kunnen hoger zijn dan de nominale waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Almost years ago, we received a call that the dream chairs were no longer available and wanted to suggest the best seats afterwards. Had to ask for a refund of the remaining amount. Now it appears that we and the children were already very far from the stage, so we actually couldn't fully enjoy the show. Bijna jaar geleden werden we opgebeld dat de droomstoelen niet meer beschikbaar waren en wilden ze de beste stoelen daarna voorstellen. Moest zelf vragen achter een terugbetaling van het overige bedrag. Nu blijkt dat wij met de kindjes al wel heel ver van het podium af zaten dus eigenlijk van de show niet ten volle konden genieten.

Wij hebben de categorie geleverd die u besteld heeft. Mocht het een mindere plaats zijn in deze categorie dan komt dit doordat de betere plaatsen in deze categorie al verkocht waren aan de klanten voor u. Hier is helaas niks aan te doen.
