When I ordered the tickets, they were very friendly, when I called back later to ask why I paid 65 instead of 35 euro for a ticket, the gentleman I spoke to was not very customer friendly. It came down to me that I should have read better beforehand and I could do it with that because he just threw down the phone. So I was not happy about that and will certainly not order tickets with top tickets anymore. Toen ik de tickets bestelden waren ze erg vriendelijk, toen ik later terug belde om te vragen hoe het kwam dat ik voor een ticket 65 ipv 35 euro betaalde was de meneer waar ik mee sprak niet erg klant vriendelijk. het kwam er op neer dat ik maar beter had moeten lezen van te voren en daar kon ik het mee doen want hij gooide gewoon de telefoon neer. daar was ik dus niet blij mee en zal ook zeker niet meer bij toptickets kaartjes bestellen
