The event was great. My granddaughter enjoyed it. However, I just want to let you know that I really hate that I bought 2 tickets via your top ticket shop for no less than 140 euro. Later, it appears that we receive our tickets online saying that the tickets were 35 euro. So it turns out that I paid you 70 euro too much. I contacted about this but got zero response to my request. I am really disappointed about this and will definitely look into this further. 70 euro is a lot of money these days!!!!!!! This was really a blemish on the show. Het evenement was prima. Mijn kleindochter heeft genoten. Wel wil ik toch even laten weten dat ik het heel naar vind dat ik 2 kaartjes gekocht heb via jullie topticketshop voor maar liefst 140 euro. Later blijkt dat we online onze kaartjes ontvangen waarop staat dat de kaartjes 35 euro waren. Het blijkt dus dat ik jullie 70 euro teveel heb betaald. Ik heb hierover contact op genomen maar kreeg nul op mijn rekest. Ik ben hierover echt teleurgesteld en ga dit zeker verder uitzoeken. 70 euro is in deze tijd erg veel geld!!!!!!! Dit was echt een smet op de show.

I'm really disappointed. I'm definitely going to find out why I paid 140 euro for 2 cards when the tickets are only 35 euro each. I understand that something may be put on top of it, but 70 euro is far too much. I'm a grandma who went with her granddaughter. Ik ben echt teleurgesteld. Ik ga het zeker verder uitzoeken waarom ik 140 euro betaald heb voor 2 kaarten terwijl de kaartjes maar 35 euro per stuk zijn. Dat er misschien iets boven op gezet wordt dat snap ik maar 70 euro is veel te veel. Ik ben een oma die met haar kleindochter is geweest .

Unfortunately, I paid for a ticket of 19.50... 53.00 euro. While I was at rank 3 and tickets at rank 1 cost 53.00. Money laundering!! Helaas voor een kaartje van 19,50 ...53,00 euro betaald. Terwijl ik op rang 3 zat en kaartjes op rang 1 53,00 kosten. Geldklopperij!!
