The Rank 1 tickets were not the best seats, the amount I bought the tickets for was double the normal price.. De tickets van Rang 1 waren niet de beste plekken het bedrag waar ik de tickets voor kocht was het dubbele van de normale prijs..

Wij maken gebruik van dynamic pricing op basis van vraag en aanbod zoals ook normaal is in de vliegindustrie. Ook ticketmaster maakt hier gebruik van bij haar platinum tickets. Wij communiceren het feit dat wij een wederverkoper zijn erg duidelijk op de website. Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: U bezoekt Nederlands meest gewaardeerde wederverkoper van doorverkochte tickets. Prijzen kunnen hoger of lager zijn dan de afgedrukte waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Meer kunnen wij niet doen. Wij hopen dat u ondanks de hogere prijs toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad. May be clearer that they are an intermediate company. Say they keep their original price alongside the price, but none of that is true. If I had known this beforehand, I would have ordered the tickets directly from studio 100. Never a top ticket shop for me again. Mogen duidelijker zijn dat ze een tussenbedrijf zijn. Zeggen dat ze de originele prijs naast de prijs van hen houden, maar daar is niks van waar. Als ik dit van te voren had geweten had ik rechtstreeks bij studio 100 de tickets besteld. Voor mij nooit meer topticketshop.
