Very disappointed with the price difference we paid to TopTicketShop. The cards on receipt show that the card costs Eur78 and we paid Eur109. This is an outrageous difference of EUR 31, =. Zeer teleurgesteld in het prijsverschil dat wij betaald hebben aan TopTicketshop. De kaarten bij ontvangst laten zien dat de kaart Eur78 kost en wij betaalden Eur109. Dit is een schandalig verschil van Eur 31,=.

Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: U bezoekt Nederlands meest gewaardeerde wederverkoper van doorverkochte tickets. Prijzen kunnen hoger of lager zijn dan de afgedrukte waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Meer kunnen wij niet doen. Wij hopen dat u ondanks de hogere prijs toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad. I got so many new messages that I didn't open the important message about the show because I thought it would be an advertisement for new shows again. My circumstances weren't so favorable that I had the energy to look more critically. Ik kreeg zoveel nieuwe berichten dat ik het belangrijke bericht omtrent de voorstelling niet geopend heb omdat ik dacht dat het weer reclame voor nieuwe voorstellingen zou zijn. Mijn omstandigheden waren niet zo gunstig dat ik de energie had om kritischer te kijken.
