    After contacting us by phone, we still had to make a reservation via the website. We couldn't specify any seats here, so we were now sitting on the balcony with a very poor view of the stage. We were promised the best available seats in the 1st rank. Unfortunately, the seats were on the balcony so you had to look down while people were immediately sitting in front of your field of vision. There were still plenty of nice seats available on the side; these seats were left after the break by other visitors, who apparently had not had a good view either. Disappointing places for too much money. UNFORTUNATE. Na telefonisch contact moesten we toch via de website reserveren. Hier konden we geen plaatsen aangeven waardoor we nu op het balkon zaten met een zeer matig zicht op het podium. Er was ons op de 1e rang de best beschikbare plaatsen beloofd. Helaas waren de plaatsen op het balkon waardoor je naar beneden moet kijken terwijl er dan direct mensen voor je gezichtsveld zitten. Op de zijkant bleken nog volop mooie plaatsen beschikbaar, deze stoelen werden na de pauze door andere bezoekers, die blijkbaar ook geen goed zicht hadden ingenomen. Teleurstellende plaatsen voor te veel geld. JAMMER.

    The price of a ticket that is sold for the second time is very high. Prijs van ticket dat voor de 2e keer verkocht wordt erg hoog.
    What I find unfortunate is that there is no honest communication about the increase in the ticket price. You won't know this until you receive the tickets via email. There is a nice explanation, but then you won't return the tickets either. I understand that it has to be made some money, but I think an increase of 34 is quite a lot. With a subsequent booking, I will not order via TopTicketShop again anytime soon. Wat ik jammer vind is dat er niet eerlijk gecommuniceerd wordt over de ophoging van de ticketprijs. Dit weet je pas als je de tickets via de mail binnen krijgt. Er staat dan wel een nette uitleg bij maar dan doe je de tickets ook niet meer retour.Ik snap dat er wat aan verdiend moet worden maar ik vind een verhoging van 34 nogal veel. Bij een volgende boeking zal ik zelf niet gauw weer via TopTicketshop bestellen.
