The music, the singing, the performance were amazingly good and beautiful. Some pieces moved to tears and not alone me, big tough men around me who shed a tear when the lights suddenly turned on the auditorium, because Judas and the dancers came up from the back of the room. Ted Neeley's vocals have become so beautifully fragile over the years. De muziek, de zang, de performance waren geweldig goed en mooi. Bij sommige stukken tot tranen toe ontroerd en ik niet alleen, om mij heen grote stoere mannen die een traantje weg veegden toen plotseling de lampen op de zaal gericht werden, omdat Judas met de dansers vanuit achter in de zaal opkwamen. De zang van Ted Neeley is met de jaren zo mooi breekbaar geworden.

Beautifully played and amazing how Ted Neeley still portrays Jesus! What a wonderful man, even 40 years after I last saw him. And the rest also played wonderfully well! I'm still a bit dazed three days later and really enjoyed it!! Prachtig gespeeld en wonderlijk zoals Ted Neeley nog steeds Jesus uitbeeld! Wat een prachtige man, ook 40 jaar nadat ik hem voor het laatst zag. En de rest speelde ook wonderlijk goed! Ik ben drie dagen later nog steeds een beetje in de roes en heb echt genoten!!
