We had booked for balcony 3rd rank. You transferred us to the hall (thought great yourself). But what a disappointment there is looking at heads all evening. The sound was really bad, way too loud and a lot of bass. I'm not used to this Il Divo itself was good. But again, the sound was terrible. Wij hadden geboekt voor balkon 3e rang. jullie hebben ons overgeboekt naar zaal (dachten zelf prima. Maar wat een tegenvaller zit de hele avond tegen hoofden aan te kijken. Geluid was echt slecht veel te hard en heel veel Bas. Dit ben ik niet gewend Il Divo zelf was goed. Maar nogmaals het geluid was bagger.
