This is the first and last time I've ordered via top tickets. I am very sorry that I ordered from you. I had to pay almost 90 euro for a ticket that officially costs 60 euro. (this was on the card and unfortunately I also saw it later on the site. This will also be why you sent the cards so late. I order tickets regularly and can then print them out immediately. I myself have never experienced this before. In addition, I order so early and am still very high, 2 high and almost in the corner even though I ordered well in time. Anyway, I've learned from this again. Just to order my ticket myself directly via evitim. Dit is de eerste en laatste keer dat ik via top tickets heb besteld. Heb er veel spijt van dat ik via jullie hebt besteld. Ik moest bijna 90 euro betalen voor een kaartje dat officieel op 60 euro kost. ( dit stond op het kaartje en ik zag het helaas ook later op de site. Dit zal ook de reden zijn waarom jullie zo laat de kaarten verstuurde. Ik bestel regelmatig kaartjes en kan ze da meteen uitprinten, Zelf heb ik dit nog nooit meegemaakt. daarnaast komt nog dat ik zo vroeg bestel en dan nog erg hoog zit, 2 hoog en bijna in de hoek terwijl ik ruim op tijd heb besteld. Maar goed hier heb ik weer van geleerd. Om gewoon mij ticket zelf meteen weer via evitim te bestelen.

Ook ticketmaster maakt hier gebruik van bij haar platinum tickets. Wij communiceren het feit dat wij een wederverkoper zijn erg duidelijk op de website. Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: U bezoekt Nederlands meest gewaardeerde wederverkoper van doorverkochte tickets. Prijzen kunnen hoger of lager zijn dan de afgedrukte waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Meer kunnen wij niet doen. Wij hopen dat u ondanks de hogere prijs toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad.
