The cards arrived on time, but I was shocked by the explanation. The mediation costs that are calculated are over the top. (100%). 42 euro was the base price and I had to pay 92 euro. Later, I saw that I had to pay 59 euro for a ticket at the same rank elsewhere. Because of my ignorance, I used topticket because it was at the top of the search engine. De kaarten kwamen op tijd, maar ik schrok van de uitleg erbij. De bemiddelingskosten die worden berekend zijn over de top. ( 100%). 42 euro was de basisprijs en ik moest 92 euro betalen. Later zag ik dat ik elders een kaartje op dezelfde rang 59 euro moest betalen. Door mijn onwetendheid maakte ik gebruik van topticket omdat die bovenaan in de zoekmachine stond.

Ook ticketmaster maakt hier gebruik van bij haar platinum tickets. Wij communiceren het feit dat wij een wederverkoper zijn erg duidelijk op de website. Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: U bezoekt Nederlands meest gewaardeerde wederverkoper van doorverkochte tickets. Prijzen kunnen hoger of lager zijn dan de afgedrukte waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Meer kunnen wij niet doen. Wij hopen dat u ondanks de hogere prijs toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad. I feel really moved by you guys. Tickets were half cheaper. I paid 150 euro for it in 2019 and showed goodwill not to ask for a refund and this is what you get. worthless Ik voel me heel erg beetgenomen door jullie. Kaartjes waren de helft goedkoper. Ik heb er 150 euro voor betaald in 2019 en goodwill getoond om geen geld terug te vragen en dan krijg je dit. Waardeloos
