Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: U bezoekt Nederlands meest gewaardeerde wederverkoper van doorverkochte tickets. Prijzen kunnen hoger of lager zijn dan de afgedrukte waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Meer kunnen wij niet doen. Wij hopen dat u ondanks de hogere prijs toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad. You really have to see Helene Fischer once! We saw her once in Germany and in the IJsselhallen in Zwolle and now at the Gelredome in Arnhem. At the Gelredome, I found the sound quality a lot less... far too loud, although we were still at the top Section 212 rank 3, row 30. When she moved to the middle stage right after the break, the sound was excellent, but then, the further you went to the end of the program, the sound got louder. As a result, the vocals were less beautiful. At least bring earplugs next time, because we had our fingers in our ears for the 2nd part and it was still loud enough! Next time I'll go again, but then I'll choose Germany again, where the sound was better. We parked at the Kronenburg Shopping Center, we bought a parking ticket for that, but you could park there for free... that's a shame. Just like the fact that we actually paid too much for our ticket. Helene Fischer moet je écht een keer gezien hebben! Wij hebben haar in Duitsland eens gezien en in de IJsselhallen in Zwolle en nu dan in het Gelredome in Arnhem. In het Gelredome vond ik de geluidskwaliteit een stuk minder... veel te hard, hoewel wij nog wel bovenin zaten Vak 212 rang 3, rij 30.Toen ze naar het midden podium verhuisde direct na de pauze, toen was het geluid uitstekend, maar daarna, hoe verder je naar het einde van het programma ging werd het geluid steeds harder. De zang was hierdoor minder mooi. Volgende keer in ieder geval oordoppen meenemen, want wij hebben het 2e gedeelte met onze vingers in de oren gezeten en toen was het nog hard genoeg ! Volgende keer ga ik tóch weer, maar dan kies ik weer voor Duitsland, daar was het geluid tóch beter. Wij hebben geparkeerd bij Winkelcentrum Kronenburg, daar hadden wij een parkeerticket voor gekocht, maar daar kon je gratis parkeren... dat is jammer geld. Evenals het feit dat we eigenlijk teveel betaald hebben voor ons ticket.

Received the 2 cards on time, but unfortunately paid way too expensive. I should have booked directly through the first seller, because I bought the tickets 1 hour after the sale started, but I didn't check which shop... Well, you learn as you go. De 2 kaarten op tijd gekregen, maar veel te duur betaald helaas. Ik had meteen via de eerste verkoper moeten boeken, want ik heb de kaarten 1 uur na aanvang van de verkoop al gekocht, maar ik had niet gekeken bij welke shop... Tja, al doende leert men.
