I accidentally ordered 2 wrong tickets. Fortunately, I was able to be rebooked to Ellen ten Damme, which was also my intention. These tickets were around €50 cheaper. However, the money that I paid too much could not be returned. Really outrageous. I think I have the right to get the overpaid return. Please comment! Ik had per ongeluk 2 verkeerde tickets besteld. Gelukkig kon ik worden omgeboekt naar Ellen ten Damme, wat ook mijn bedoeling was. Deze kaartjes waren ongeveer €50 goedkoper. Het geld wat ik teveel betaalde kon echter niet worden teruggeboekt. Echt schandalig. Ik vind dat ik het recht heb om het teveel betaalde retour te krijgen. Graag een reactie!

Ook ticketmaster maakt hier gebruik van bij haar platinum tickets. Wij communiceren het feit dat wij een wederverkoper zijn erg duidelijk op de website. Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: U bezoekt Nederlands meest gewaardeerde wederverkoper van doorverkochte tickets. Prijzen kunnen hoger of lager zijn dan de afgedrukte waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Meer kunnen wij niet doen. Wij hopen dat u ondanks de hogere prijs toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad. Unfortunately, a high price compared to the normal entrance fee, but of course I chose that myself. Helaas wel hoge prijs in vergelijking met normale entree-prijs, maar daar heb ik uiteraard zelf voor gekozen.
