Tickets you receive are not in your own name, this confused us, you think you have someone else's tickets. The amount on the tickets also does not match what you paid yourself. (we paid about 65, - per ticket, the tickets we received had an amount of 40, -). This is also described on the topticketshop site, but somewhere you still get the feeling that you paid too much. Tickets die je krijgt staan niet op je eigen naam, dit gaf bij ons verwarring, je denkt dat je de tickets van iemand anders hebt. Ook het bedrag op de tickets klopt niet met wat je zelf betaald hebt. ( wij hadden ongeveer 65,- per ticket betaald, op de tickets die we kregen stond een bedrag van 40,-. Op de site van topticketshop staat dit ook wel beschreven maar ergens krijg je toch het gevoel dat je teveel betaald hebt.

Wij maken gebruik van dynamic pricing op basis van vraag en aanbod zoals ook normaal is in de vliegindustrie. Ook ticketmaster maakt hier gebruik van bij haar platinum tickets. De andere naam die op het ticket staat is te verklaren doordat wij een wederverkoper zijn van doorverkochte tickets. Wij hopen dat u ondanks alles toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad. Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: U bezoekt Nederlands meest gewaardeerde wederverkoper van doorverkochte tickets. Prijzen kunnen hoger of lager zijn dan de afgedrukte waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Meer kunnen wij niet doen. Wij hopen dat u ondanks de hogere prijs toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad.
