Until just before the closing, I thought it was a great event. But then. A number of people, including me, were having the last sips of the expensive drink after the bar closed and suddenly we were asked to leave because the bar was closed. We were then not allowed to go out before the glass was empty and several people including me were standing at the exit drinking their glasses. All at the compelling request of the security guards. Bizarre and extraordinary customer unfriendliness. Tot vlak voor de sluiting vond ik het verder een prima evenement. Maar toen. Een aantal mensen, waaronder ik, zat na sluiting bar, nog de laatste slokken van het dure drankje te nuttigen en opeens werden we verzocht weg te gaan omdat de bar was gesloten. Vervolgens mochten we niet naar buiten voór het glas leeg was en stonden diverse mensen waaronder ik bij de uitgang hun glas leeg te drinken. Alles op dwingend verzoek van de beveiligers. Bizar en bijzonder klantonvriendelijkheid.

I thought this was one of the worst concerts I've ever been to, and I've seen quite a few. The man has a past, is 81 and is a legend, but you can still do your best, right? Sound quality was already poor, let alone Bob's mumbling, which is certainly impossible to follow. Hidden behind his piano, all I heard was mumbling and groaning and looked at a hairline. Rough and Rowdy? You mean Duf and Drowsy. Never again. Ik vond dit 1 van de slechtse concerten waar ik ooit ben geweest, en ik heb er behoorlijk wat gezien. De man heeft een verleden, is 81 en is een legende, maar dan kun je toch nog wel een beetje je best doen? Geluidskwaliteit was al matig, laat staan dat gemompel van Bob, wat dan al helemaal niet meer te volgen is. Verscholen achter zijn piano heb ik alleen maar gemompel en gekreun gehoord en tegen een haarlijn aangekeken. Rough and Rowdy?? Duf en Drowsy bedoel je. Nooit meer.
