Clear communication but I still find it annoying that the tickets are always more expensive than on the ticket. It is not possible to buy tickets outside of ticket service organizations Duidelijke communicatie maar vind het nog steeds vervelend dat de kaartjes altijd duurder zijn dan op het ticket staat. Het is niet mogelijk om buiten ticket service organisaties om kaarten te kopen

Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: U bezoekt Nederlands meest gewaardeerde wederverkoper van doorverkochte tickets. Prijzen kunnen hoger of lager zijn dan de afgedrukte waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Meer kunnen wij niet doen. Wij hopen dat u ondanks de hogere prijs toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad. Paying 210 euro for 2 seats worth 69.50 feels a bit like a scam. So never order via this ticket shop again. 210 euro betalen voor 2 plaatsen van 69.50 voelt een beetje als oplichting. Dus nooit meer via deze ticketshop bestellen.
