After payment, I received an email from Topticketshop that I would not receive the tickets (3 pieces) until four months later. I wanted to give the cards as a gift to a loved one. However, I had nothing to “give”. Five minutes after this report, I contacted Topticketshop. They didn't want any consultations. Strange that four months later I received the cards with the name of a woman unknown to me with a sum of €99, -- on them, while I paid €159 per card. Reason never to order anything from Topticketshop again. I also post this on social media to reach as many people as possible. Hope no one has such an unpleasant experience. Na betaling kreeg ik een mail van Topticketshop dat ik de kaarten (3 stuks) pas vier maanden later zou krijgen. Ik wilde de kaarten cadeau geven aan een dierbaar persoon. Ik had echter niets te "geven". Vijf minuten na deze melding nam ik contact op met Topticketshop. Ze wilden geen enkel overleg. Vreemd dat ik vier maanden later de kaarten kreeg met daarop de naam van een mij onbekende mevrouw met een bedrag van € 99,-- erop, terwijl ik € 159,-- per kaart heb betaald. Reden om nooit meer iets bij Topticketshop te bestellen. Ik zet dit ook op social media om zoveel mogelijk mensen te bereiken. Hoop dat niemand zon vervelende ervaring heeft.

De andere naam die op het ticket staat is te verklaren doordat wij een wederverkoper zijn van doorverkochte tickets. Wij hopen dat u ondanks alles toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad. All right, as it should be! I had taken screenshots of the tickets with my phone. They could just scan them at the door. Saves printing again!!! Helemaal goed, zoals het hoort! Ik had met mijn telefoon screenshots gemaakt van de tickets. Die konden ze gewoon zo scannen aan de deur. Scheelt weer printen!!!
