Response from Topticketshop: Dear Shirley, Very sorry to hear that your tickets went wrong. Simply Red's concert has been postponed several times due to corona. Due to an incorrect internal link, your tickets have been at fault in our system since 2019. We only found out when you called us, one week before the concert. At that time, it was no longer possible to arrange other tickets for you, because they were all already sold. You did receive cards in the premium rank, but indeed not the seats as ordered. Financial compensation was therefore the only thing we could do for you. Once again, we apologize for missing out. Best regards, Martijn Topticketshop Beste Shirley, Erg vervelend om te horen dat het met uw tickets is misgegaan. Het concert van Simply Red is meerdere malen verplaatst als gevolg van corona. Door een foutieve interne koppeling stonden uw tickets al sinds 2019 fout in ons systeem. Daar kwamen wij pas achter toen u ons belde, een week voor het concert. Op dat moment was het niet meer mogelijk om andere kaarten voor u te regelen, want die waren allemaal al verkocht. U heeft wel kaarten ontvangen in de premium rang, alleen dus inderdaad niet de plaatsen zoals besteld. Een financiële tegemoetkoming was derhalve het enige wat wij voor u konden doen. Very nice that after corona, I was kept very well informed about the course of the concert and the tickets. And so I was able to go to my concert after 2 years. Great! Heel fijn dat na corona ik heel goed op de hoogte werd gehouden over het verloop van het concert en de tickets. En zo kon ik na 2 jaar toch naar mijn concert. Top!
