Response from Topticketshop: Dear Shirley, Very sorry to hear that your tickets went wrong. Simply Red's concert has been postponed several times due to corona. Due to an incorrect internal link, your tickets have been at fault in our system since 2019. We only found out when you called us, one week before the concert. At that time, it was no longer possible to arrange other tickets for you, because they were all already sold. You did receive cards in the premium rank, but indeed not the seats as ordered. Financial compensation was therefore the only thing we could do for you. Once again, we apologize for missing out. Op dat moment was het niet meer mogelijk om andere kaarten voor u te regelen, want die waren allemaal al verkocht. U heeft wel kaarten ontvangen in de premium rang, alleen dus inderdaad niet de plaatsen zoals besteld. Een financiële tegemoetkoming was derhalve het enige wat wij voor u konden doen.
