Tickets ordered via TopTicketShop. I thought the price was too high when I bought the tickets. Didn't have a good idea what the prices for such a ticket usually cost. Only later discovered that these are canceled tickets that are resold by TopTicketShop but at a significantly higher price. There is nothing to complain about about the service. Everything has been clearly communicated regarding the performance. Do not buy tickets via this site in the future due to the high price. Tickets besteld via TopTicketshop. Vond de prijs aan de hoge kant toen ik de tickets kocht. Had geen goed idee wat de prijzen voor zon ticket normaliter kost. Pas later ontdekte dat het geannuleerde tickets zijn die doorverkocht worden door TopTicketshop maar wel tegen een flink hogere prijs. Over de service valt niet te klagen. Alles is duidelijk gecommuniceerd wat betreft het optreden. Ga in de toekomst geen tickets meer kopen via deze site vanwege de hoge prijs.

Wij maken gebruik van dynamic pricing op basis van vraag en aanbod zoals ook normaal is in de vliegindustrie. Ook ticketmaster maakt hier gebruik van bij haar platinum tickets. Wij communiceren het feit dat wij een wederverkoper zijn erg duidelijk op de website. Onder andere met de volgende zin bovenaan de pagina waar de klant op landt: U bezoekt Nederlands meest gewaardeerde wederverkoper van doorverkochte tickets. Prijzen kunnen hoger of lager zijn dan de afgedrukte waarde. Ook noemen wij de originele waarde bij onze prijs en ook nog eens in de winkelwagen. Het is dus niet te missen. En verder verwijzen wij ook nog door naar het originele verkooppunt. Meer kunnen wij niet doen. Wij hopen dat u ondanks de hogere prijs toch een fantastische avond heeft gehad.
